Hi,
maybe it's too late, but when your team lose here's what you should tell them, in return a good coach would be rewardfull. So here's the deal, you push your team to the maximum let's say a hundred million yards and stress that the quaterback in the other team is a very fine player and is worth the effort. Get as much yards that you can and stress about the defensive power that the medias always talk about. If you have any partner on your side and cannot play without, tell them the quaterback rewards long passes. So here is the first part, and at the end of it if the players are good, there should be a great touchdown in the box. If the cheerleader has a moral problem, take a walk and talk about it.
Part two is some time after victory. You will have a share with the players and do whatever you want, given that in some locker rooms you have accounts with the numbers of the team.
We have a small team here in the south of france called the caymans.
Sometimes on the field, you do wrong but that's what makes you awesome
