I am an experienced professional looking to move to Paris.

I have a vast amount of customer service experience both face-to-face and by telephone at all levels.

I am PC literate (have ECDL in Computers) and also hold a PSA Diploma. I also have an NVQ (level 3) in Literacy and Numeracy.

In my previous roles as a telesales person i have achieved results beyond all expectations and indeed was the top achiever on a daily basis.

I have a natural flair for building lasting relationships and have a unique telephone manner as well as having experience in strong negotiation and tough objection handling.

I have also worked at management level.
