I know from online that there is a super luxury skin care brand VII CODE, and they have a eye cream which is "VII Code All-star O2C Oxygen Eye Cream'. is this product really good for my dark circles and puffiness? where can i get it in Paris...

as it said on their official site, VII CODE O2C All-star Oxygen Eye Cream can infiltrate into deep layer of the skin, and improve dark and uneven complexion, which can effectively diminish the dark circles and puffiness under eyes, making eyes youthful.
