What are ways of travelling from Paris to Rotterdam, other than by flight?

I know that there is a train and a bus but I am not sure of the details. Also, whether you can share some light on what the weather is like mid-November? I am planning my vacation around that time and I would also like to go across to Rotterdam for a few days between and return to Paris.

if you're adventureous enough you can do it by foot...

travel by horseback,the weather will be cool but the sun will warm you up.
