How easy is it to travel from Paris Nord to St Marcel Statio

I am going to Paris for the very first time with my boyfriend for a long weekend next month. We are going by Eurostar and we are excited, We have not been away in ages. Has anyone been to Paris and how easy is it to travel from Paris Nord Station to St Marcel Station- or on the Metro in general? Anyone got any tips and advice for traveling around Paris, sightseeing etc. Any advice would be great!! Thanks guys )

Very easy. You need only take Metro line #5 from the Gare du Nord Metro station. You want to go in the direction of Place d'Italie. Its about a 16 minute ride to your stop.

Real easy, the principle is the same everywhere you first find on which line is the station you go to and then you choose the direction and that's it.
Don't worry everything is cool but I warn you not to be with luggages between 7.30 and 9 and after 5 pm in the subway, cause it's really crowded!
