Great Restaurants, Not Too Expensive

Great restaurants, not too expensive Posted 27 December 2010
I just got back from a little holiday trip in Paris. Besides the awful cold and blizzard like every other day, It was a great Christmas trip.

I went to some really good restaurants I have to advise. In the 7th arrondissement, I went to a place called Gatsby. It wasn't too expensive, but I had a discount card (more on that later), but the food was classic french and it had a good ambiance. The people were pretty friendly too, even with my broken French!

I also liked the Bistrot des Comperes. It was also pretty cheap (see a pattern?) and had little sandwiches and the like, but still very frenchy. I'm a student so I don't have a ton of money for fine fine cuisine, so I just wanted to give a little heads-up to some places I liked.

So the discount card. My concierge got a little annoyed with me (I think) cuz I kept asking for restaurants that were 'cheap'! But he actually suggested I buy this little card from a company called TheCityCase, and when I went to the restaurants above (apparently there are quite a few places that accept the card) I saved like $10 each time. Well worth the money. Apparently they do other stuff too on their site, I wish I had known before I went to Paris! their site is thecitycase. com, I hope that helps someone!

And if you go to Paris, I hope the weather is better than when I went! Hahah!

One of the best restaurants I have ever been to is Le Comptoire. It's in the 6th, on 3 Carrefour de l'Odeon, and has incredible, fresh, delicious food. I find that many places in Paris have good food, but they haven't updated the dishes. This place has fresh new takes on old classic dishes.

The lunch menu is much more reasonably priced than the dinner menu. Also, if you do dinner, definitely get reservations.

He Won't Kiss Me Posted 11 January 2011
I have been seeing a guy, for a while now. He is not my boy friend but we spend a lot of time together.
Problem is he refuses to kiss me. Don't get me wrong we have done everything else but kiss.
I'm 22 and he is 24, and he says he doesn't kiss because he did it so much in high school that he got tired of it.
How do people get tired of kissing. I'm desperate, we have had many arguments over the issue and I don't want to just go ahead and kiss him cause he obviously doesn't want to and I don't want to feel like I'm disrespecting him.
I feel we are in the movie pretty women except he's the prostitute and I'm just the girl, since he won't kiss.
What can I do?????
I mean is he just afraid of getting emotionally attached if he kisses me? or could he be BI.
I mean a guy at his age should be more mature about things.
Well please help this is really bothering me.

Thanks.
