I am going to Paris. Can you find good bargains on mens clothing right now? Like how much is a nice pair of mens shoes all leather up dressy? Aside from the exchange rate are prices more or less on average than in New York?

Last time I was there in June, I thought clothing prices were comparable to a bit higher than what you find (at full retail) in NYC

But now is the time to find the bargains during the state regulated winter sales.......
