Job Description:
This is a key role for any english mother tongue candidates. Permanent position. Organisation of Diary for PDG and team. Preparation of meeting rooms. Welcoming of clients. Coordinating and booking travel arrangements for the team with our travel agent. Ordering office supplies and making sure that everything runs smoothly in the office with regards to equipment. Helping to prepare documents for clients at the request of the team.

Requirements:
You have at least 1 or 2 years admin experience. Ideally you are English Mother Tongue, and fluent in French. Sociable, you are mature, organised and reliable.

Between 20 and 24 000 €uros
