Online Content Specialist

This is an ideal position for a detail-oriented professional looking to work from home.

We are expanding and are looking for an Online Content Specialist to join our E-Services team in France to provide our customers with outsourced web catalog building services. This new position will suit a person who is looking to work from home. The ideal candidate must have an excellent command of the written and spoken English and own their computer and have a strong stable internet service at home. As well as, be able to work between 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm CET to coincide with the normal work day in the North American eastern region. Training and local support will be provided. Please note that you will be required to be a freelancer or auto-entrepreneur.

KiSP creates, develops and provides client-facing solutions to manufacturers, dealers, interior designers and customers in the office furniture industry. Founded in 1993, KiSP is headquartered in Toronto, Canada, with additional offices in Costa Rica and Argentina.

The successful candidate for this position will be able to meet all the items outlined below:

Your Skills

• Detail oriented. Your work will be visible to the online universe; you will be focused on getting products and product copy, images, metadata entered. You must be good at identifying errors, problem-solving, and ensuring that the work you produce is 100% accurate.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong writing and editing skills. Ideally, your detail orientation extends to your writing. The ideal candidate will be able to produce clear, grammatically correct product copy for our client’s website, and appropriately edit the writing of other team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. You will be constantly asked to work on new projects, one-offs, and other. You will need to be able to roll with it, and create a system for making sure everything gets done and projects do not fall through the cracks.
• Proficient user of the following applications:
• Microsoft Office Suite – primarily Excel and Word.
• Web Browsers – IE, Chrome, Firefox.
• Photoshop or equivalent image manipulation applications.
• Experience working in catalog management for an ecommerce company, would be ideal but not a necessity.
