We support our members in their regular physical activity. For this, we offer a program on video, fully customized according to someone’s goals, desires, availability and capacity.
Our multi-channel service is currently available on internet, ADSL and IPTV (channel 108 on Freebox) or connected television (Philips Net TV service).
Launched in January 2010 in France, CoachClub represents more than 200,000 members and more than 13,000 Facebook fans.
As part of its international development, CoachClub is looking for :
A Customer Service Agent
The role:
-To deal with receiving enquiries (coaching, use of the service, registration, etc.) shortly and efficiently via email
-To maintain the database accurate and up to date
-To report about his/her activities and the receiving enquiries
-To translate in english different editorial wordings (recurring answers, etc.)
The candidate must be an American native speaker, fluent in french, with good communication skills (writing and speaking)
Job type: CDD, Internship, part-time job accepted.
Location: Sevres (IDF), Pont de Sèvres (line 9)
