US based broadband interactive video company seeks a shoot from the hip, creative executive producer to build shooting teams in UK, France, Germany, Spain and Italy. Work with the best and brightest and be a vital part of the editorial production team. Must have experience with music video speed and creative managing, documentary asthetics and news gathering response times. Manage 5 to 10 line producers and your own productions. Travel in Europe required as well as coordination with NY and Miami offices with occasional travel back and forth.
