The Job
This is a front-line, key role which will involve interacting with clients on site and establishing and maintaining our reputation for outstanding service. You will operate video-conferencing and video-streaming equipment during live meeting broadcasts on location and provide troubleshooting assistance to our Global Technical Centres. A flexible, positive and solution-focused attitude is essential. Broadcasts typically last 7 to 8 hours and may take place any time between 5am and 11pm on weekdays. Jobs are usually scheduled between one and two weeks in advance, but may be assigned as late as the day of the broadcast. You will be required to work at multiple locations in your area.
