Description: Loomis Group is a worldwide Marketing/Communication agency. Our European office, based out of Paris, is looking for an account coordinator with a good experience in Public Relations. This person will be helping with several accounts, under the control of an Account Executive, which includes helping our client strategy, helping media relations and coordinating projects with our U.S and Asian offices
Key characteristics required:
o 1-2 years of experience in Public Relations
o Independence and adaptability
o Capacity of taking initiative and working with a team
o Flexibility to handle shifting priorities and tight timelines
o Very good knowledge (both writing and speaking) in English and French
Major Duties Performed:
o Ongoing Public Relations support for clients
o Co-ordination of creative projects with creative team
o Strategic planning for clients
o Coordinating the organization of projects, such as events, press conferences, etc…
o Monthly reporting
o Budget management
Time devoted to the job: Full time (35 hours).
Material Used on the job: Apple and/or PC computers.
