my fear is when i am alone no one with me. that time i fear for aloneness. i can't stay alone. every time i need any friend or any family member.

Hi All,
My biggest fear is to gain extra lbs. To stay healthy and active I joined gym last year and having strict diet plan to maintain my weight. I do 5 miles running in the morning and hit gym for 2 hours in the evening.

I'm afraid when I'm alone with anyone. At that time, I fear loneliness. I can not stand alone. whenever you need a friend or family member.
