Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone can help me and offer an e-mail address to contact Velib bikes? I've been hunting around all afternoon on the Paris Velib website for a way of contacting the service from here in England without telephoning them (which you will appreciate will be highly expensive) and preferrably without sending a letter as the problem is quite complicated to send back and forth.

All I am looking for is an e-mail address or even a simple contact form yet there is nothing on the Velib website (I've tried other forms but as you will see when you read my post they will not send as * mandatory fields cannot be completed due to a lack of information).

The problem is that the Velib service has taken money from my girlfriend's Mastercard of Euro150.00 even though she was unable to hire a bike due to alleged insufficient funds (we have the receipt saying 'Abandon Debit' in front of us). We were therefore very angry to get home and find the money has been taken by Velib. We waited a few days just to see if it was a pending amount as some people have mentioned on other threads but a phonecall to her bank today confirmed that the money had indeed been taken. As you can appreciate we are very angry about this and simply want it resolved. Has anyone had any previous experience of this and if they have managed to solicit a response via e-mail in the past be so kind as to pass along the contact?

Many thanks guys! We'd really like to get this sorted as it is a massive and unfair inconvenience and has put a mark on an otherwise brilliant trip!
