Good Evening,
I'm raising this topic because i'm interested in knowing if you are happy with the work you have. I hope yours gives you the best satisfaction.
I've heard a lot of people complaining about theirs, but sometimes you just have to take what's offered to you.
You may sometimes be disappointed when you don't have the results you expected. That's life.
Sometimes you may deploy a lot of energy just to find out you're on the wrong way. Nevertheless those working with you may notice your efforts, and be complimental.
I would like to add... make sure you fix yourself some objective... some goal to achieve... define the results you want to get, with your team or your hierarchy, so you make sure you're efforts are not unproductive.
I've seen some teams working so much, using their impressive techniques and working skills only to offer their hierarchy a very insignificant product/report.
One Last Thing... Try to Avoid mixing your "work" as defined by your employer or your supervision authority with more personal affairs.
For Example, If you are personally interested with friendship or romance with a customer, don't use your company's data to stalk at him/her and get informations on him/her.
Approach him/her normally outside of your work, like normal people do ! You may have a chance that he/she likes you.
Loukas.
