Hi everyone!
I am brand new on this forum so forgive me if the style of this post is a bit bizzare!

I was wondering if anyone out there could tell me a bit about what is involved with going racing at Longchamp.

I have looked at the website and understand the basics (how to get there what it costs and such) but still have a few questions.

1. Can you (like many courses in the UK) take in your own food and drink or do you have to buy on site.

2. I saw on the website that you can hire booths. Are these worth it (I will be taking my 72 year old Auntie with me) and do you have to book in advance.

3. What is the dress code for the Saturday before the Arc De Triomphe Sunday. Back home it depends on which area you are in.

4. Will the crowds be really bad on the Saturday before the Arc (Again pensioner Auntie in tow).

5. Any other pearls of wisdom from someone who knows what they are on about would be gratefully received!

(I did think about putting this post under sports but it's more of a "Day out" really)
