I understand your point of view. This behaviour must be something recurrent. You get shoppers first entering a shop showing enthusiasm and excitement. It needs a little shopping experience to finally rationalize the buying process.

I think this is understandable. Especially concerning jewelry, as it carries a lot of fantasies.

Now those who are familiar with jewelry, working in this field everyday, knowing the pros and cons of the different collections, studying the different stones and their properties, working in this field on a daily basis... jewelry is part of their routine. They may see these newcomers with a critical eye and think of their behaviour as inappropriate...
