The jewelry market looks tight to me. I was thinking that to get a market share you would need a very aggressive marketing strategy. I'm thinking of the big names like Cartier and Bvlgari, in order to make yourself a name in the industry you would need more than a dynamic team. You can think of places like Monaco Geneva Paris London Manhattan Beverly Hills to settle shops and a pro active media plan advertizing in magazines like vogue or vanity fair to make yourself some kind of image.
It's not so impossible since guys at Swarovski did this.
I'm not into jewelry just reacting to the topic. (i'm not in the creative side i was just thinking about the commercial aspect of jewelry)
