Does anybody know what is The Eiffel Tower made of?

Is that the color of the material, or is it painted?

It is painted. Every 7 years.

I think it is painted in a special colour that reflects in the evenings the lights and make the tower brighter.

You should know that the tower is painted once in 7 years.
