Some initiatives are full of talent and creativity but general feeling is a non existant parisian cultural production industry That hardly reaches the rest of the french national territory. Shame on the parisian cultural intelligentsia That hardly produces on french media channels and relies on cultural productions imported from Active Cultural Industry Producers like the united states.
