My name is Jeff, and I'm looking for a job in France, preferably in Paris region. I'm an American who lives in Ukraine at present, with my wife and 3 children.At present there is no way to take my family to US, so I would like to get us to Paris, Ile de France region.Other areas will be considered.I have 20 plus years in construction, and security.I would like to find a farm or vineyard to take care of, so I can have quiet to write books in.I'm also a self published author.My wife has a Master's degree in Inorganic Chemistry, with a minor in Sewing. I have worked a good variety of sales positions as well. Anyone who can help me find work will be greatly appreciated. I forgot to mention that I already spent 3 days in Paris, and 2 in Calais, two years ago.That is why I want to move my family there.

Hello we are moving to Paris in May because of a company transfer
we are quite a unique family, i am British, my wife is Russian and we have 2 kids and have lived in Dubai, New York for the last 5 years. we wanted to move to Europe to get closer to the grand parents and to settle somewhere finally!!!
wondering if there are any forum members out there who may have young kids (ours are 1 and 4 y.old) who may wish to keep in touch for some friendly advise etc ....?

Hi, I'm Pete, I'm 22 years old and I've been here since November-ish. I am living with my girlfriend who I met whilst travelling in Australia. I have a degree in Film and English Lit, and a 5 month video editing internship in Sydney under my belt. I would love to undertake a similar internship here in Paris, I wonder if anyone has any advice for me? Which companies may be able to help me, and which sites I should be looking on? I am currently studying French full time at a language school near Pere LaChaise but I am currently at a very basic level having learnt everything more or less from brand new. An Australian Corporation Lynas is building the world largest rare earth refinery facility in the state of Pahang, Malaysia, inspite of the protest of Malaysian Citizen. Once it starts to operate, 300,000 tons of radioactive waste will be produced every year. The radioactive fallout can be spreaded up to several hundred kilometres.
The residents are exposed to the risk of impaired DNA, mutated infants, increase risk of cancer and may leads to death.

We are running an anti-radiation campaign "Stop Lynas, Save Malaysia" and seek the supports from Environment Fighters and people who cares about the planet, their love ones and the future of our children.
