The best way to prevent a heart attack is to know its symptoms. If you are young and physically strong, then it's not for you, but if you are beyond your 40, be careful and learn this, since nobody is insured against unexpected heart attack.
I'm sure that most of you think that the pain in the left hand (near the heart) is the only symptom of a heart attack. Unfortunately it is not so. Remember that the heart controls your entire blood circulating system and therefore pain may appear on the entire body. Important to know is that feeling that your jaws is aching is a direct symptom of heart attack.
Dizziness is a bad symptom as well as permanent sweating.
