Some people use diet pills for losing their weight but in my opinion diet pills have lot of side effects and are harmful for health so we should avoid the use of these pills. We should follow a natural way to lose our weight like exercise and diet food because natural things are always good.

Swimming, walking, jogging, yoga etc. If you have to fast result you can go for some medication.

Well these tips are very nice. In my opinion running is best exercise to reduce belly fat and with it we should follow a proper diet plan. Simple and low calories food are good to reduce belly fat. Water is also beneficial to reduce belly fat so drink more than 12 glass of water in a day.
