As far as i think Health is wealth, if we want to stay healthy and fit then we have to eat healthy diet and have to do some daily exercise. good diet and daily base exercise keep us fit and active. avoid junk foods because that food included with high fat and oil that is so bad for our health. we have to eat green vegetables and fresh fruits that diet provide us good health and improve the brain power.Drink plenty of water in hole day, because water help to digest the food fast.
