Hi All,
Some tips to get rid of acne effectively.
Do take raw food, nuts and seeds more in your diet meals,
Drink plenty of water daily,
Reduce stress with regular exercise,
Reduce or limit refined carbohydrates and sugar intake,
Avoid caffeine,
Limit dairy products and red meat.

For get rid of acne we should drink lot of water in a day. We should avoid to eat oily food because oily food causes acne. Anyway nice post and keep posting.

ell acne is severe problem that may cause of lack quality food . We need to take care in our food selection that should be free from oil . Take Fruits juices , Green vegetables and Fruits in Excess .

Hi All,
Here are some tips to keep your skin healthy.
Exercise regularly as it improve the blood circulation. Increase amount of water for drinking and avoid using harsh soap,cleansing cream and cold creams. Protect your skin from sun rays and moisturizing is necessary for the skin.

Drinking an adequate amount of water a day, about 8 to 10 glasses, keeps the skin cells hydrated. As such, toxins are moved out from the body and the cells are regenerated. However, if water is insufficient in the body, impurities build up and decelerate the skin's youthful glow. Still, it is not sound to take sodas and other beverages in place of water because these are not as healthy and pure. A better replacement would be black or green tea, which also has phytonutrients and anti-acne antioxidants.

In my opinion Carrots -- Carrots are an excellent source of vitamin A, which is a required nutrient for healthy skin. They also contain high levels of antioxidants, which prevent free radical damage of skin cells. Vitamin A is required for developing and maintaining skin cells, and a deficiency of the vitamin can cause dry skin. Carrots are also a superior source of fiber, biotin, vitamins K, C and B6, potassium and thiamine.

Eating healthy and drinking adequate amount of water is very important for a healthy skin. Fruits which are a rich source of vitamin c should be added to your daily diet as, it helps in maintaining skin.

There are people that just don't get nice tanning. Try the morning and evening hours or just go to a tanning saloon.

Having acne prolems?

I'v experienced that too and tried lots of medicine but it turns out
that im just wasting my money on it. .

finally I found this very helpful site that definitely solved my prolems
in a short period of time.

My internal medicine doctor recommended a lot of healthy food when I had to recover from surgery. Currently, I have a top 5 healthy food I retained from his recommendation.

1. Yogurt
2. Green Tea
3. Fresh Salmon (I don't buy salmons at a grocery or mart)
4. Blueberries
5. Water!

For healthy skin food enriched with nutrients is good.
Use of water,juices,liquids should be adequate because they are very good for skin.
