The Republic of South Africa faces an unidentified deadly illness of an unknown etiology. It has already carried away lives of three inhabitants of a local village. What seems strange is that the first death that resulted by this unknown infection has been registered in a tourist group and the victim was the tourist guide from Zambia, not a local inhabitant. Accordingly the medical assistant and the nurse, who was looking after the infected man, have died in the next couple of days. As of October 10th authorities have registered another 121 (!) potential victims or infected men and women. According to the World organizations, this strange illness reminds on a number of symptoms the fever which causes an extended hemorrhage as a result. However analyses show that its cores aren’t similar with the form of similar fevers that are known to scientists.
The problem because of which they died might be connected with insects. In Africa, insects, such as mosquitos, are carrying a lot of infections. What is worse, is that these infections are evolving.
