The first is an LG.
The second is a Nokia. This one is with a SIM CARD, phone number in place already, you would have to purchase the minutes from Cingular.
Great if you're returning to the States or if travelling to the U.S. and your Euro phone won't work there.
LG comes with charger only, the Nokia has all the paper work, charger plus a cover change in silver. Both are in excellent condition, hardly a scratch.
