URGENT!!!!

apptmt to sublet for july + august. Paris, rue de l'Orillon 11th. The person must visit and take the keys either on the 27th or 28th of june !...
calm and bright, it s small but bigger than average "chambre de bonne" (12 sq meters) so only for one person doing internship in France for example, but clean and quite with shower, fridge, cooking stuff, on the 4 th and last floor (only 4 people in the building), familly with two kids downstairs, for a quiet person only.
the two month rent (780 euros) need to be paid up front in cash (euros) when the keys are given.
