I am the owner of a charming, modern 1 bedroom apartment in a great location, 20 meters from metro/bus, short walk to amenities, touristic places. The area is researched and safe. The apartment is on a fifth floor with elevator, it's very bright and extremely pleasant to be in. The bedroom has a king size bed, built in wall closet, in suite bathroom with shower cabin, washer/dryer. Internet broadband wi-fi, telephone and lcd tv are also featured. The monthly price for more than 9 months is 1290.
