I wish to share a 2 room apartment (thats about 35 sq meters), for 3 months or longer.



The available furnished room is at the end of the apartment, so you will have to go through my room to access it !



Other accommodation will be shared, consisting of a fully equiped kitchen and bathroom



The apartment is located in central Paris in the 20th arrt, calm neighbourhood, next to metros Pre-Lachaise, Gambetta and Mnilmontant.



3 minute walk to metro line number 3 (Gambetta) ; 5 mn walk to line number 2 (Menilmontant).



450/month everything included.

One month deposit.

Non smoker
