I am a french young executive working for a major multinational corporation.



I have been working in NYC for over 3 years and I am now back to Paris.



Looking for a long term or short term rental (min. 3-4 months) of a furnished one-bedroom apartment.



Starting date will be mid April 2007.



Would pay up to +/-1100 euros/month and can give a deposit as a guarantee.



The ideal apt would be in a nice building (not recent) with elevator if above 2nd floor, sunny, approx. 40 sqm in 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 16th, 17th arrondissement and including electronic devices (TV, HiFi, Internet)
