Our nice flat is about 50 square meters large.
It's located in Clichy La Garenne, very close to Paris (1 metro station), a quiet neighborhood with family life, markets, parks...
The metro station "Mairie de Clichy" is 5 minutes far from our home.

- 4 stations from place de clichy (near Montmartre, Pigalle..)
- 6 stations (12 minutes) from the Printemps and Galeries Lafayette...

The apartment is modern, and very clean and quiet.
There is everything you'll need.
In the kitchen : oven, microwave oven, fridge, cooktable, electric kettle, nespresso machine, washing machine...
In the living room, There are TV, DVD, an Apple computer with ADSL access, telephone (free towards the USA, even mobile phones)
In our bedroom, a bed for 2 people and a small TV.
There is a bathroom of course, with the toilets in there.

We made a swap 2 month ago with people from NY who spent a great time in our place.
