I (woman, 29 years, working) am looking for a flatmate (female, non smoker, with no animal) for an apartment of 45 m in the 12th quarter of Paris (M Michel Bizot / Daumesnil – 300 m to the forest: Bois de Vincennes).
4th floor (with elevator), very light, nice and well distributed, wood floor. The room to rent is of~ 12 m. The bathroom is big and nice. The quarter is very safe and it's a quite area. The flat has woodfloor and it's a typical Parisian flat.There is a courtyard to put some bycicles.
I'm looking a flatmate clean, quite, respectful.
