Very nice room in a typical hausmannian 140m2 appartment - beautiful building - calm and very convenient - kitchen fully equipped - big bath - close to line 4,6 and 13 tube station( Montparnasse, Saint -Placide, 2 mn by walk). Close to nice bars and restaurants - english, spanish spoken.

The room has a double-bed, desk,ect, bow window.25 m2, Very clean, bright and quite. Its the room you can see on the second pic.Ideal for all, and especially for working at home ( it's very quiet there).
