The place is very comfortably and nicely decorated in a wooden furnitures style, plants and piano. Equipped with everything you need : washing machine, bathroom with bath and shower, stove, combined oven-grill-microwave, freezer, Tv, DVD players + Dvds, CD players and Cds, internet Wifi..
Its like FEELING HOME IN PARIS.

Warming atmosphere ! You will enjoy falling asleep looking at the stars and being awake by chanting birds and church bells.Very romantic and expectional in Paris.

The narrow Fontaines du Temple street , is located in the Marais considered the most beautiful and historic neighbohood in Paris dated from 16th and 17th centuries.
The narrow streets, beautiful squares and marvellous architecture provide hours of delight explorations and walks or stops at terrasses de cafs .
Situated no more than 5-10 walking distance to Place des Vosges, Picasso Museum, Carnavalet Museum, The Pompidou Cultural Center, Bastille, Canal Saint Martin et.c.
Buses and Metro stations : Temple, Arts et Metiers, Republique
MAP : rue du Temple / rue de Turbigo - Paris 3me
Safe neighborhood with Groceries store, bakeries, famous daily market, theaters, restaurants, bars all around.

I live on the last floor (4th, no elevator) of a small and convivial building, few people only live there.
I am a non smoker person and have no pet.
I am looking for responsible and respectful people (no more than 2).

1 Week / 7 nights = euros 650 /W, a good price considering the location
(euros 95 euros /night)
Deposit in advance for booking + photocopies of passports, plane ticket and last phone bill
Caution for damage of 400 euros..
No additional fees : Linen, heater and electricity and local taxes included.
