Jos-France and Daniel's apartment in Paris

It is a beautiful Parisian apartment, quite and clear, decorated with an elegant French touch and furnished with ancient and modern chosen pieces.

The apartment is located in a residential district ( 17th ) quite and very convenient to visit Paris, near the beautiful Parc Monceau.

The 100 square meters apartment is on the 4th floor (lift) of a Haussmann building (1903) and consists in four rooms:

- a living room
- a dining room and TV corner
- two bed rooms with queen beds
- a well fitted kitchen
- a bath room with toilet
with all the household linen and full equipment: television, Hi FI, high speed internet, printer,...

Shopping is easy with a well known street for outside market and many stores.

Transportation offers many possibilities with:
- a subway station ( 300 meters ) with two lines to go to Champs Elyses/Etoile, Opra and the Departments stores or Montmartre in 5 minutes
- two bus stations ( 200 meters ) to go to Saint Germain des Prs or Montmartre and Etoile.

Jos France is a former manager company of decoration and Daniel owns a restaurant in Paris.
They will be happy to welcome you and give you all the information to make your stay in their home comfortable and your visit to Paris easy and pleasant.

Price: 230 euros a day/1.500 euros a week( at least 5 days / 2 weeks maximum )
