Hello over there,

I'm a journalist renting my studio during the month of july, august and/or september. The longer, the better! 30 meters square and fully furnished: wireless Internet, washing machine, dryer, oven, fridge, TV, VCR, DVD player, stereo, double bed, sheets, towels, iron, etc... My studio is quiet and has wooden floor, an american bar and a lot of light. It's located in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, rue du Faubourg Saint Denis. Right down the block, there is a supermarket, a lot of stores and restaurants, and it's 15 minutes walk from Montmartre, 15 minutes from Chatelet/Beaubourg/Marais and 3 minutes walk to 5 different subway lignes. Straight from Roissy Charles de Gaulle. I really love my neighborhood, it reminds me of what Paris used to be like and should still be like.

The rent is 400 a week if you're willing to stay longer than 2 weeks. Otherwise, it's 500. My studio is absolutely perfect for one person or a couple. I rented my studio many times, and everybody loved it. I'm ready to give you references if needed. Honestly, it's so much better and cheaper than a hotel...
