You will enjoy staying in Paris-Montparnasse where you can choose between many restaurants, cafs, theatres, music-pubs, shops and shopping centers or visiting all over Paris with the 4 lines Metro station Montparnasse and 2 lines Metro Pasteur just near by. Wonderful location in a very quiet street!
It is also five minutes walking distance from the station of AirFrance bus/shuttle connections to the Parisian airports (Charles de Gaulle, Orly).

In a typical Parisian "Hausmanien" building, the 2-room-apartment with parquet has an entrance with interphone, a living-room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The windows are highly isolated against warmth and noise.
The living-room is nicely furnished with a sofa bed, an armchair, a coffee table, colour TV and hifi-tuner with CD-Player, DVD and dining area with table and chairs.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, chest of drawers, desk, DSL access to Internet among other essential furniture and walk-in wardrobe.
The bathroom has a bathtub/shower and sink. The toilette is in a separate room.
Towels and linens provided.
The kitchen has been totally furnished with all you might need: a complete set of kitchen utensils, ceramique hotplates, refrigerator, sink, coffee machine, micro-wave oven, washing machine, iron, ironing board.
All-in rate includes rental fee, utilities, and electricity.
Seasonal renting: available on a daily 110 (4 days minimum), weekly (600 )or monthly (1800 ) basis (+ electricity for monthly basis).
Plus 10% in very high season (July and August 2007)

The apartment was excellent and conveniently located to everything we needed. It's proximity to Gare Montparnasse makes it easy to reach almost any part of Paris by metro. The residence was perfect for our stay, and had everything that we needed for both work and relaxation.

Settled in the center of Paris, the apartement is really well served by the subway, trains run every five minutes from the Montparnasse Station. Its an optimous starting point to have a visit of the city. Having all sort of comforts you may need, the flat is spacious and hold in good conditions, the two rooms are large and the kitchen have all the essentials stuff and facilities as kitchen should have.
My family and me were very pleased about our journey in Paris.
