This is a big furnished sublet studio with BIG WIDE south-facing windows, a separate kitchen and entry hall. There is a 3-pane glass door to the enormous sunbathing and gardening terrace where you can grow tomatoes and blueberries - or pull down the electric awning for your own outdoor cafe!



I can't say enough nice things about this apartment, particularly the location.
-Steps from the metro, bus, taxi stand and news kiosk.
-The metro (La Motte Piquet) accesses 3 important lines (lines 6, 8, 10)! ONE stop to Rue Cler.
-A block away from the Champs de Mars (Eiffel Tower garden).
-Next to a 2-story grocery/bakery/department store.
-Things close on Sunday in France but YOU don't have to worry: the fresh market is steps from the door Sun and Wed mornings.

The kitchen is terrific, modern, you can live! I had a lovely "authentic" Parisian COLD noisy apartment last time and once you've done that, this is what you want: comfort and soundproofing! It's VERY quiet.



All charges, insurance, internet are included except electricity because usage varies so much.
