the neighborhood is vivant and the residents are some of the friendliest in Paris.

On the 4th floor (yes, an elevator) in a charming, well -maintained building constructed in 1900. Recently re-modeled, it is sunny and clean with white walls and parquet floors. Furnished in a very cozy style, a spacious comfortable bedroom, large, bright living room,. Long hallway leading to large bathroom (toilets in same), a window (rare in these parts) with roomy new shower and forceful water flow. Well-equipped kitchen with large American fridge, large gas stove and even a washing machine. Large windows, three small balconies with high windows, including a window seat.
