Urgently looking to sublet a bright, clean apt where you'll have your own room (with balcony) plus the normal usage of all common spaces (kitchen, balconies, sejour, bathrooms etc). All charges included plus high speed internet, washing machine, dishwasher, tv and other electrical home appliances. The apt is on the 7th floor, and overlooks all Paris 360 degree with ample balconies on all sides. Its well located in the 5th district, close to rue Mouffetard, and Metro Place Monge or Cardinal Lemoine. 600 per month. Available immediately. Currently we're three, a married couple of 62 plus a male student of 18 preparing the Grandes Ecoles. No smoking. It could be a man or a woman, preferably under 30. 600 per month, it could be 1 to 3 months (May-August), preferably 3 months. We have a long experience in subleting our apt.
