My parents are renting a studio adjacent to their apartment in Fontenay - a quiet suburb next to Chateau de Vincennes (the metro station is 10 minutes away on foot). The studio is 26 square metres; its kitchen is separate from the bedroom/livingroom and is fully equipped. Rent includes the water bill but you will have to pay for gas and electricity separately.
