This furnished studio(3rd floor without lift) is in the south of Paris 15mn far from the "quartier latin"(bicycle distance)and 5mn walking distance from the metro.It has a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, a micro wave, 2 hot plates, a toaster, internet is running(free), cable and sattelite TV, a printer/scanner, a big one person bed and a very confortable convertible 2 pers sofa bed, a shower etc...



There are many supermarkets very closed.



Unfortunately there are some black marks as you can see under the window due to some humidity in the winter. There is no view but it is not dark at all specially during the summer.And it's very quite day and night.
