Newly-renovated to preserve its character, this rustic garret with gabled windows has 2 rooms: a bedroom with double bed, a study with kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower. Located on the 4th floor of a 17th century building, it faces a quiet cobblestone courtyard and has a romantic view of the rooftops of Paris.
The Bastille is safe, a central quarter with plenty of restaurants, cafs and markets, and is only a 20 minute walk to Notre Dame. The helpful owners (a Franco-Canadian couple) live next door and can offer plenty of advice for seeing Paris (English, French and German spoken).
