Small room with brand new sofabed availalable in the Gare de Lyon/Bastille neighborhoods. Near the Aligre market - fantastic outdoor market. Flat screen tv, microwave oven, fridge, and newly painted. Laundromat close by. Attention! There is no shower (coldwater sink only)! 7th floor walk up and wc down the hall.

Smoking and animals not allowed. Available starting in June.



Weekend stays or weeklong stays are the same rate: 100 euros.
