Hello, I am offering to share my charming 70sq metres flat with a woman.
It is sunny, with "parquet" chemneys and mirrors in every room. it is furnished and the kitchen is equiped (hooven, washing machine, dish washer, fridge...).
The room to rent is 25sq m and not furnished so that you can decorate it on your own. I am a very independant and active woman and will not be very often around, non smokers and english speaker of course.
The flat is situated in a really nice area, rue mansart 9em arrondissement,2 min from montmartre, metro blanche, 15 min to chatelet les Halles by bus, 10 min walking to the opera.
