We offer to share our appartement in Paris from june 15th, 2007.

Situation :
The apartement is situated at a 10/15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower in the heart of Paris, in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. Very clean and safe district.
Close to Vaugirard (line 12) or Cambronne (line 6) metro stations.

Appartement :
Ground floor, secure building with an access code on the door.
The appartement is fully equiped : wahing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wifi internet connexion, telephone (unlimited calls to the USA and the UK) Theres a small patio outside where we enjoy spending summer evenings around a friendly glass of wine.
The available room is aproximately 12m, woodfloors. Our current flatmate is leaving on june 10th, and after his departured the room will be furnished with a double bed and a small desk. There already a shelf and a small cupboard to store your clothing.

Us :
The two other rooms are occuppied by Yvan, 25 year old engineer and Claire, a 24 year old student. Were used to sharing our appartement with english speaking persons and really enjoy living with foreigners!

The fees :
250 euros per week
450 for 2 weeks
600 for 3 weeks
700 for 1 month

All utilities (electricity, gaz, telephone, internet, ) are included in the price. Theres an extra 50 Euro fee/week for a second person. We ask for a 500 Euro deposit that will be given back at the end of your stay. A 15% deposit will be asked before your arrival.
