We are a french couple (around 30 years old) and are interested by lodging pleople from all around the world.

We are renting 2 bedrooms (around 14 square meters each) in a bright typical parisian suburb house.

The fully furnished kitchen and the big garden (550 square meters) will be at your disposal (BBQ available of course !).

Phone calls to USA, Australia and 10 others foreign contries available for free (except for cellulars). Free DSL. Washing machine.

The house is close to the train station (500 meters). You will find direct train to the Gare du Nord . You wil be there in 9 minutes (2 stops) and you will be in "Chatelet Les Halles" (very central place) in around 15 minutes.

Short term rental, very convenient. Much cheaper, more comfortable, than in a hotel and you have your own roomy place.

Price : 30 per night (for 1 or 2 people) but in july and august 35 for 2 people.
French typical breakfast available for 5 per person.
We can also cook your diner for 15 per person (except soft drinks and alcools).
