There is a room available immeadiately in 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment located in one of the best districts of Paris. Like the Village in NYC or the Haight in San Francisco, Montmartre is a diverse, relaxed, open minded place with all the benefits of international Parisian life. The flat is on the third floor of a late 1800 Haussman building and has a fantastic view of the Sacre Coeur, the third most important monmument in Paris. Your friends back home will not believe their eyes when they visit. And you will sleep better with the warm glow of the church on your cheeks.



Financials: 1100 euros all inclusive of rent, renter's insurance, city taxes, internet access and use of house computer, cable (with foreign channels), electricity, cleaning service, and the room is nicely furnished with a bed, amoire and a table. You will also have access to a washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped modern kitchen, restroom with a full bath, flat screen tv, dvd and music player. And of course a private 17 meter square room with a huge window overlooking the best view. The deposit will be one month's rent.



Your roommate: french male, smoker, gay, HIV+; if you are comfortable with me, with indoor smoking, and with my boyfriend's dog who visits weekends, then you will definately like this place. I work for my brothers courrier company and am out of the apartment weekdays until 4pm. The neighborhood is very safe, calm and quaint. There is a large park next door. You will find bars, cafes, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, and shops everywhere. And with me, it's never a dull moment.



If you are the sort of strictly private person who stays in his or her room and prefers not to be social with your roommate, then this is NOT the place for you. If instead you are a lively, social, respectful, calm person who enjoys a rare techno house party and more frequent house dinners with your roommate, then I invite you to come and see my place. You will definately like it.
